Coordinating structural work, preparing estimates, interpreting plans and inspecting construction sites; synchronizing with design department for enquiries related to production
Recommending materials to maximize usability; formulating lifting plans for blocks as per design in the shop floor
Creating work schedules to ensure that the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction
Determining practicality of designs and generating cost analysis reports; checking accurate representation of the best interests of the overall project and appropriate check sheets for blocks, GA’s and foundations
Administering A&P bracket installation in block construction stage; ensuring that the work is executed as per the deadlines and as per stipulated quality standards required
Using various tools and software for smooth functioning of the project such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Packages, CADopia, Total Station

Attended FAT, conducted vacuum tests and APT.
Performed on-site operations, thereby ensuring adherence to specifications & drawings; worked on the planning of material & workmanship

Safeguarded the completion of task within deadline; managed the HSE requirements are fulfilled as per the given SLA/ TAT; synchronized with turnkey contractors and supervisors for the issues related to job card system and for pursuing the status
Directed Morning Tool Box Meeting; mapped the requirements for the material needed for the sites by liaising with the QC / QA Departments; maintained relationship with statutory authorities for availing mandatory sanctions
